Air-tightness tested to DIN EN 1026 and DIN EN 12207. Results for essa is in the best classification (category 4 window). Acoustic improvement tested to DIN EN ISO 10140-2. The measured sound reduction index is 31.8 dB.

Door leaf with 7 mm recessed square lock. Galvanized sheet steel, coated in white (RAL 9016). The back of the Softline Iso inspection door is made of insulating material. When locked, this insulation ensures that the inspection door is air- and dust-tight. Insulation also improves soundproofing and thermal insulation. The steel components of the inspection door are factory-galvanized and subsequently powder-coated in RAL 9016. This gives it double protection against corrosion. From size 400 x 400 mm, door leaves have 2 locks. Technical documentation available on request.

Clearance dimensions: A3 x B3, Opening dimensions: A1 +5 mm / B1 +5 mm, T3 corresponds to visible frame width.

Whether the access panel is airtight, I cannot say or test. I have to trust that it is. In principle, the construction is quite simple, which is why I think the access panel is too expensive! In my opinion, customers are being charged too much here. Airtightness depends on correct installation.
